As Hub Operation Manager, he oversees operational processes, MIS reporting, data analysis, EMI collections, and team coordination. He has worked with organizations such as TVS Credit Services, Amar Ujala, Jagran Prakashan, and Nai Dunia, gaining strong exposure to multi-location operations. He is known for his process-driven approach, analytical mindset, and ability to support efficient and scalable operations.

With a strong background in loan recovery and operational leadership, Mr. Srivastava has previously held key roles at reputable institutions, including Collection Associate Team Leader in the Commercial Vehicles Division at HDB Financial Services. There, he successfully managed vehicle loan collections, streamlined processes, and coordinated with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency. Earlier in his career, he was actively involved in business loan collections at Fusion Microfinance, where he developed specialized expertise in microfinance recovery operations, team coordination, and client relationship management. Mr. Srivastava is known for his hands-on leadership style, data-driven decision-making, and ability to consistently meet and exceed collection targets.
