Arnav is renowned for his energetic leadership, dedication to driving sustainable growth, and fostering positive societal impacts through collaboration, inclusion, and effective governance in Credit and Sales. Since assuming the role of Chair, Arnav has led a focused and strategic governance agenda, reinvigorating our governance structures. He has successfully guided the Meet Finance Board to oversee the most critical matters, ensuring that we operate with credibility and integrity in all aspects of our business. Arnav holds an MBA and a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Allahabad. With 10 years of experience in the financial sector, he has worked in prominent institutions, including renowned banks and NBFCs.

Ankit holds a Master’s in Business Administration, followed by a Bachelor’s in Business Administration. There, he successfully managed vehicle loan collections, streamlined processes, and coordinated with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency. Earlier in his career, he was actively involved in business loan collections at Fusion Microfinance, where he developed specialized expertise in microfinance recovery operations, team coordination, and client relationship management. Mr. Srivastava is known for his hands-on leadership style, data-driven decision-making, and ability to consistently meet and exceed collection targets.
